Refund Policy

Because Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase on this site, Paddle processes payments, issues receipts and holds the money on your behalf. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. What you are buying

Our products are digital subscription passes (weekly, monthly or yearly) that give you access to the Service for the period you paid for, verified by a license key we issue after payment. There is no physical product.

2. Your cancellation rights

3. Statutory withdrawal (the 14-day right)

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a 14-day right to withdraw (such as the EU, EEA or UK), you usually have 14 days from purchase to change your mind. For digital content supplied to you immediately, that right is lost once supply begins with your acknowledgment and consent — because we deliver your license instantly after payment, the withdrawal right is used up as soon as your license is issued.

Where the right still applies, we will refund within the period required by law.

5. How to request a refund

Start from the Paddle customer portal on your receipt, or contact Paddle support with your transaction ID. If your issue is about the Service itself (for example a technical fault that stopped you using it), email support@pennyinny.party with your order details and we will work with you — which may include a replacement or a refund through Paddle where appropriate.
